FOCUS Summer of 2021! What can we say? Not everyone in this group knew each other before they came here to Appalachia but we truly believe they left with a love for each other, Appalachia, and the FBAMC and definitely a deeper understanding of Gods love for us all. The group worked on 4 different homes and installed underpinning, siding, railing on existing porches. They also became experts at building new decks and steps as THREE homes became much safer places because of the new exits this group built for them! The group was able to spend their flex day out at Yatesville Lake and we ended the flex day with a pizza party at Padres! Father John Paul Kern of the University of Louisville Newman Center was a great addition to this wonderful group!
